We kindly request that payment be received within 10 days of purchase date/auction end date. We accept MasterCard, Visa, check, money orders and PayPal. For fastest shipping, we encourage you to use a credit card.

Credit Cards by MasterCard and Visa are accepted for U.S. customers with a verfied billing address through PayPal. Credit Card purchases are usually shipped within 3 business days.

Check & Money Order purchases are shipped once the funds clear. Money Order purchases generally ship within 3 business days. Payments by check take up to 7 business days to clear.

Shipping

Butterflykisses Boutique uses professional packing materials on all the items we ship. All merchandise is delivered via the U.S. Postal Service. We encourage you to consider optional package tracking and insurance which we provide at a nominal cost.

FREE Shipping. Is now available for all store purchases of $75 or more. To receive free shipping on any purchase from the boutique, please use the following promotion code when prompted at Checkout: storebonus. This promotion does not currently apply to our ebay auctions. Please note that package tracking and insurance is additional.

Shipping Discounts. Discount applies to domestic shipping of multiple items. Purchase 2 items and save 25% on the combined shipping and handling. Purchase 3 or more items and save 50%! These discounts apply to the posted shipping rates. Restrictions apply, especially for oversized or bulk items.

Standard Shipping. Domestic packages are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Your package should arrive on your doorstep within 3-6 days of the payment date. Domestic shipping & handling rates are posted with every item and auction.

International Shipping. All packages are shipped via FedEx International Mail Service for prompt, reliable delivery. Please note that all posted rates on our site are for U.S. delivery. International buyers should complete their checkout and contact us immediately with their order number for precise shipping totals. Please do not send payment before contacting us. Thank you.

Tracking & Insurance. We are happy to provide these additional "peace of mind" services to customers for a nominal cost. Package tracking and insurance up to $100 is available for only $2.50. Please choose this option at Checkout.

In the rare event that an insured package is lost or damaged during transportation, we will provide you with the information necessary for you to file a claim with the appropriate parcel carrier. Since we cannot control the fate of a package once it has left our warehouse, Butterflykisses Boutique does not offer refunds on lost or damaged items.

Return Policy

Cash refunds will be issued for all items that are materially different than our online descriptions. We inspect and ship every item with great care and are confident that your purchase will meet or exceed your expectations.

The Butterflykisses Boutique Guarantee promises that if we have misrepresented an item in any way, you may return it to us. If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt. All clothing returns must still be returned in the condition received. Please read the information below carefully. If you have any further questions, please contact us. Thank you.

Please note: for auction purchases, if you choose to leave us negative feedback before attempting to resolve a problem, we reserve the right to accept that as final resolution to the matter and may not accept a return. So please contact us, we'd like to help.

Merchandise credits valid towards any future purchase will be issued for all other returns.

Step 1: Contact Us.
Call or email us to let us know the reason you wish to return your purchase. If we can help you avoid returning your merchandise, please let us know what we can do.

Step 2: Receive a Return Claim Number.
Once you contact us for a return, you will receive a Gotham City Online "Return Claim Number" email. Please include a printed copy of this email with your repackaged item. If you are unable to include a copy, please clearly print you name, email address, mailing address, Return Claim Number and item number/eBay auction number so your return can be properly processed.

Step 3: Pack it up.
Please be sure to pack things as carefully as they were originally packaged. All packages are subject to inspection before a refund will be issued.

Step 4. Send it to us.
Please be advised that return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the buyer. It is advisable to track and insure all returns to protect yourself.

Step 5. We send a refund.
Once we receive your return, it must pass an inspection before any credits will be issued. Upon approval a refund check (in the form of a money order) or credit for the purchase price will be issued. Cash refunds will include reimbursement for original shipping and handling.

Condition of Items

Butterflykisses Boutique sells new and used clothing. The majority of the clothing and merchandise we sell, whether new or used, is in excellent condition unless otherwise noted. Butterflykisses has made the business decision to not sell items that might be considered sub-standard condition (ripped, torn, missing buttons, broken zippers, considerably faded, excessive pilling). We make it a point to accurately describe each item and the specific condition it is in so that you can feel confident that you are getting "quality" items. New items will be labeled "New with tags". All other clothing is graded. Please see the chart below which explains our grading scale.
