All merchandise is delivered via the U.S. Postal Service. We encourage
you to consider optional package tracking and insurance which we provide

This promotion does not currently apply to our ebay auctions. Please note that package tracking and insurance is additional. Shipping Discounts. Discount applies to domestic shipping of multiple items. Purchase 2 items and save 25% on the combined shipping and handling. Purchase 3 or more items and save 50%! These discounts apply to the posted shipping rates. Restrictions apply, especially for oversized or bulk items. Standard Shipping. Domestic packages are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Your package should arrive on your doorstep within 3-6 days of the payment date. Domestic shipping & handling rates are posted with every item and auction. International Shipping. All packages are shipped via FedEx International Mail Service for prompt, reliable delivery. Please note that all posted rates on our site are for U.S. delivery. International buyers should complete their checkout and contact us immediately with their order number for precise shipping totals. Please do not send payment before contacting us. Thank you. Tracking & Insurance. We are happy to provide these additional "peace of mind" services to customers for a nominal cost. Package tracking and insurance up to $100 is available for only $2.50. Please choose this option at Checkout. In the rare event that an insured package is lost or damaged during transportation, we will provide you with the information necessary for you to file a claim with the appropriate parcel carrier. Since we cannot control the fate of a package once it has left our warehouse, Butterflykisses Boutique does not offer refunds on lost or damaged items.
Cash refunds will be issued for all items that are materially different than our online descriptions. We inspect and ship every item with great care and are confident that your purchase will meet or exceed your expectations. The

an item in any way, you may return it to us. If you wish to return an
item, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt. All clothing returns
must still be returned in the condition received. Please read the information

5. We send a refund. Butterflykisses Boutique sells new and used clothing. The majority of the clothing and merchandise we sell, whether new or used, is in excellent condition unless otherwise noted. Butterflykisses has made the business decision to not sell items that might be considered sub-standard condition (ripped, torn, missing buttons, broken zippers, considerably faded, excessive pilling). We make it a point to accurately describe each item and the specific condition it is in so that you can feel confident that you are getting "quality" items. New items will be labeled "New with tags". All other clothing is graded. Please see the chart below which explains our grading scale.
